LA POSIZIONE VERAMENTE OTTIMA

la pulizia veramente disastrosa polvere agglomerata a formare lanuggine sia a terra in angoli che sopra armadi che sotto letti ... un disastro per chi ha problemi respiratori ,docce piene di muffa e scarsa igiene, inoltre abbiamo piu volte chiesto intervento del proprietario di mettere in sicurezza la camera in cui dormivano due bambini chiudendo a chiave inferriata (di cui non ci hanno fornito le chiavi) che immetteva su un ballatoio interno scarsamente protetto da ringhiera ma anche ci hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto in realtà non e stato mai fatto

- Wasserkocher war verschimmelt - allgemein war die Wohnung nicht gut gereinigt - das eine Bett war kaputt (Lattenrost gebrochen) - ein weiteres Bett war unbequem, die Matratze hat nicht zum Rost gepasst . - im einen Bad war ein fürchterlicher Gestank wahrzunehmen nach Gulli / Kanalisation

De ruimte en locatie zijn fenomenaal! Daarnaast een blitse keuken en 2 badkamers.

De producten die waren geleverd. 4 nachten en slechts 2 halve wc-rolletjes en 1 handdoek pp.

Comfy bed, great area for exploring on foot

There a lot of ants inside the apartment, the host sent someone to spray after I complained, but the ants are not going away, they are on our beds and our luggages; the 2nd bedroom smell badly from the drainage inside the shower; the big shower head falling down, hit my sister’s head an shoulder, she was bleeding, the shoulder is swollen and not able to move freely, pain on head. This place is inhabitable. We had such bad experiences, please refund all my payment and I demand compensation!

The location was very central. Close to all attractions, and amenities. Bus, tram, metro within easy reach. Good choice of eateries, fast foods, mid range, and a la carte. Hot water, heating, and plenty of towels at the property. Toaster, kettle, to make tea/coffee. Fridge for groceries. Cooker available for use if you fancy cooking.

Firstly, we did not appreciate the bad communication. The property management requested online payment of city tax and personal passport details for police checks 7 days before check in date. Next I received a message to say the site has been compromised. After several more emails to them I was assured the site was then safe. Encryption would allow for safe payment and details. I asked and asked several times what was the address of the property and where could I pick up the keys. No reply. I contacted Booking.com to express my concerns and ask them to make an intervention, which they did. I was given the address however no information on the collection of keys. On the day before my trip I was then told a link would be sent on the following day on my arrival in Italy, but it would not be sent until after 1 pm. Arrived in Turin 1.30 pm in a heavy rain downpour. No link. I called the property no information given on the phone. They sent the link. Collect keys at a shop. Got into a taxi to find the shop and so a treasure hunt begins. We found the shop, but shop keeper was most unhelpful didn't know the address, could not give any sort of directions. Despite the apartment only being less than 10 minutes away. Shopkeeper not a bit pleasant. The apartment was in a great location in the end after all that .... however..... The second bedroom en-suite needs urgent attention. Strong vile pungent and toxic smell coming from the shower and toilet drain systems. I fell sick within hours, nausea and vomiting. I moved the bed under the window to try to get fresh air...and found a lot of dust and dirt under the bed. Moved into the sitting room and slept on the sofa. Turin was beautiful. It is an amazing city, so much to see and do. We will be returning to Turin but will not be using this property management and will not be booking this apartment again.
