The location was very central. Close to all attractions, and amenities. Bus, tram, metro within easy reach. Good choice of eateries, fast foods, mid range, and a la carte. Hot water, heating, and plenty of towels at the property. Toaster, kettle, to make tea/coffee. Fridge for groceries. Cooker available for use if you fancy cooking.

Firstly, we did not appreciate the bad communication. The property management requested online payment of city tax and personal passport details for police checks 7 days before check in date. Next I received a message to say the site has been compromised. After several more emails to them I was assured the site was then safe. Encryption would allow for safe payment and details. I asked and asked several times what was the address of the property and where could I pick up the keys. No reply. I contacted Booking.com to express my concerns and ask them to make an intervention, which they did. I was given the address however no information on the collection of keys. On the day before my trip I was then told a link would be sent on the following day on my arrival in Italy, but it would not be sent until after 1 pm. Arrived in Turin 1.30 pm in a heavy rain downpour. No link. I called the property no information given on the phone. They sent the link. Collect keys at a shop. Got into a taxi to find the shop and so a treasure hunt begins. We found the shop, but shop keeper was most unhelpful didn't know the address, could not give any sort of directions. Despite the apartment only being less than 10 minutes away. Shopkeeper not a bit pleasant. The apartment was in a great location in the end after all that .... however..... The second bedroom en-suite needs urgent attention. Strong vile pungent and toxic smell coming from the shower and toilet drain systems. I fell sick within hours, nausea and vomiting. I moved the bed under the window to try to get fresh air...and found a lot of dust and dirt under the bed. Moved into the sitting room and slept on the sofa. Turin was beautiful. It is an amazing city, so much to see and do. We will be returning to Turin but will not be using this property management and will not be booking this apartment again.

Occasional terrible drain smell - not sure where it was coming from but opening the windows for a short period solved the problem

Location was amazing, so central and easy to walk everywhere. Clean, comfortable and modern apartment housed in a beautiful historical building. Would absolutely stay there again.

Collecting keys from around the corner was a bit stressful and I went to the wrong place 😬 All turned out well though!

The carpet in one if the bathroom was dirty, the place didn't smell well. We kept the widows open for a while every time we got back. There was neither coffee, nor tea unlike most of the similar places in the very city centre where I have recently been. After having retrieved the keys I got to the place, to the front door of the building and called to have the instructions about how to get to the property and got no answer (they had told me that they would send me the instructions right away when I got the keys), I didn't know which was the right floor... I remembered the pictures of the property on BOOKING and that they showed something under the roof so I went to the highest floor... I was right. The manager sent me a pdf with all the instructions 30 minutes later when I was already out again.

Location is superb, staff is very responsive
