"Convenient for a short stay near the airport, but with room for improvement."

The property is very spacious and the kitchen is large. The staff was kind and patient. The location is close to the airport.

The area doesn’t feel pleasant to walk around, mainly suitable just for sleeping. The mattress was too soft and saggy. There wasn’t enough hot water. The balcony doors didn’t close properly, which felt a bit unsafe. A toaster was missing.

"Host didn't give the right keys, we were locked out"

We were locked out of the property, and the host was unresponsive. The set of keys he gave me did not include a key to the gate, meaning that we were locked out of the property when we returned after dinner. He never responded to calls that night, and never even bothered to apologize the next day. We had to climb over a gate (dangerous, illegal, and ruined our shoes) to get back into the property grounds to access the building. DO NOT STAY AT THIS AWFUL PROPERTY! We stayed here because it seemed close to the airport, and we had an early flight the next day. This was a mistake -- the taxi to/from the airport was still a set price of $35, so we might as well have stayed in downtown Rome. There is nothing interesting or charming about the neighborhood. The property itself was very large, and nice enough. The decor was a bit cheesy / old, and the beds not super comfy, but it was fine. Mostly you should avoid this place because of the extremely unhelpful host & bad location.

"A place were to bring your family, worth at 100%"

Clean, and very welcoming. Definitely a place to come back with family worth-only. Communication was fast with the host in charged! The photos don't match with the reality! Reality is actually much better! The candies, teas, small mix cakes, and the decorations with the towels were very welcoming, great ideia.

I'm not sure if it was broken/malfunction, or simply I didn't find how to open the water access to the toilet(it didn't have water at all), so I have to get water from the shower to throw into the toilet everytime of use.
