"Couldn't Have Asked for More."

Everything! We were close to the train to get into Rome. The staff arranged our airport pick up and transportation to and from a Ostia Antiqua! Close to mall and restaurants. Perfect in all aspects!

All! The view from the terrace, the rooms, the great bathtub!

"The neighborhood felt dystopian. Lots of apartments that didn’t seem to be filled."

"Close to airport and clean"

"It provided the necessities for one night."

The property was large and provided comfortable beds. It is close to the airport for an early flight the following day. There was a good amount of food for a quick breakfast.

The property wasn’t as clean as I would have liked.

Overall, excellent large apartment with great location to both beach and airport. The host was extremely helpful with providing shuttle information to and from the airport. The place was clean, and spacious. Great experience and highly recommend.

"Lovely place near the airport"

Beautiful place with lovely touches of decor, spacious and clean. They offer a shuttle service available for pick up and drop off. We appreciated the complimentary snacks. Giorgio and Roberta were great, excellent communication and check in information, providing local recommendations, and coordinating rides.

Beds were not comfortable, there was a thin mattress on a board that was sagging. A/C didn't work very well, it never got cool enough in the bedrooms. It was close to the airport (less than 10 min drive) and while convenient and punctual, the shuttle service available through the property was expensive at 45 euros.

"In ten years with Booking we have ne never had a negative experience until this stay"

Nothing.

The day before we arrived the original booking host moved us to a new location due to “electrical issues”. The new site was not near the sea, was in a decrepit neighborhood ( broken windows), we had no hot water for showers and could not take the car out of the parking lot until morning. The door knob came off the bedroom door and thank goodness we were with other people who could get us out. The retractable blinds could not be opened and one toilet did not flush. We expect a full REFUND
