Exceptional Stay – Peaceful, Stylish, and Well-Located Our experience exceeded expectations in every way – from the quality of the accommodation to the peaceful location and the overall atmosphere. The property is beautifully and tastefully decorated, with artistic touches and a naturally pleasant scent throughout. Everything felt clean, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged. There were no unpleasant odors, and the ambiance was truly relaxing. Bedroom with super comfortable bad (mattress) Breakfast was in classic Italian style: fresh croissants, coffee, tea, yogurt, and natural juice – all of excellent quality. Since the items were individually packaged, we could conveniently take them with us to Rome. The location is ideal – just a 5-minute walk to the train station, in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s only about 20 minutes by train (€1.50/trip) to central Rome, and in the opposite direction, about 10 minutes to the beach or the lovely Ostia Antica. The hosts were warm, friendly, and completely non-intrusive. They respected our privacy while being available when needed – truly the perfect balance.

Just a note for future travelers (not related to the property itself): Public transport in the area can be unpredictable. The last train from Rome leaves quite early (around 9 PM), and we weren’t aware of that in advance. One evening we had to rely on a bus, and due to lack of internet access and limited English spoken by locals, it was difficult to navigate. On another day, a seaside-bound train was cancelled, which caused a chaotic rush for buses. Fortunately, the situation was resolved within an hour. Also, if using Cotral buses (especially to/from the airport), we strongly recommend buying tickets in advance from airport kiosks or tobacco shops. Otherwise, the onboard fare is significantly higher (€7 vs. €1.30). With better transport planning, everything becomes very accessible – and the accommodation itself is truly outstanding. Highly recommended!
