Very nice upstairs apartment in suburbs of Rome, with easy train access to both the city and the beach. Host is very nice, the refridgerator was full with breakfast supplies. Enclosed parking.

Difficult to find at first, but no problems afterwards. Easier if you read instructions sent by the landlord.. :)

It was super clean and very comfortable. It was more than enough space for me and my daughter. There’s actually enough space there for 4 people to sleep if needed but that would be a bit cramped. It was also very bright but it has these external blinds that, when closed, make the apartment very dark and great for sleeping. Carlo, the owner, was very friendly and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped. It even has an induction burner. That said, there’s not a lot of counter space so I wouldn’t want to be cooking big meals there. In terms of location, it was ideal for me because I was attending a family gathering in the immediate area. If your main interest is downtown Rome, it’s probably an hour to the historic centre (depending on exactly where you’re headed). I’m not sure I’d choose that commute but if you’re on a budget and need a clean, comfortable, safe place to stay, this is your place.

Gracious hosts! They ensured we had everything we needed while staying at the apartment. It was clean and very comfortable. The host even put specific items I requested for breakfast in the fridge. Excellent customer service.

The apartment is rather new and it was very clean. Communication with Carlo upfront was good, he approached us to inform us about check-in and other details. The hosts were very polite. The parking on-site is useful (parking on the street is not easy and a bit to walk to the apartment).

The stairs up to the apartment are very steep and narrow - not ideal for large baggage. The (self-prepared) breakfast is really poor - one should bring their own food (although such light breakfast ist not untypical for Italy).
