il panorama sull'Etna

The size of the flat is amazing as you have plenty of space, well equipped with A/C , TV and kitchen utilities, It is very well located and within 10-12 minutes by walking you can reach the city center or the Stazione di Catania Centrale, several supermarkets around, the metro and bus stop almost in front of the building. You must probably find the area a bit scary to walk at night but simply walk through Corso Sicilia on direction to Piazza Stesicoro and then you reach the Via Etnea where you will find plenty of people walking , eating and enjoying Catania at night.

Nothing to say here as we found everything very well.

Die Unterkunft hat mir wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Alles war sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt.

Was mir nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat, war, dass das Zimmer etwas laut war – je nach Tageszeit war Straßenlärm zu hören.

Wspaniały pobyt! Apartament bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposażony, z przepięknym widokiem na Etnę. Lokalizacja idealna – cicho, spokojnie, a jednocześnie blisko głównych atrakcji( centrum ) . Bardzo miły właściciel, dziękujemy za możliwość późniejszego wymeldowania. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Location.

The apartment was not clean. The kitchen was greasy and dirty, there was burnt coffee in the kettle, the dishes were dirty, and there were not enough coffee cups. The kitchen faucet was broken, and there is mold on the wall.

Location was great, about 5 minutes walking to Via Etnea. Parking was a couple minutes away, very secure. Owner refunded what we paid for parking after our stay. Communication was great through WhatsApp. Supermarket & great bakery/cafe next door. View of Mt. Etna was spectacular. Very large living room with great natural lighting, ac in all the rooms as well as balcony access. Washer and dryer available in the apartment.

The bathroom with a tub doesn't have a curtain to prevent water from coming out. We had to figure out how to make the ac work, it needs a small key near the entrance to function. The apartment had a water line problem the first day but they were quick to fix the issue

The view of mount etna was amazing.

The location was not in a very safe area.
