The apartment was a great fit for three people, with enough room for everyone and luggage. It was located in a great area of Nagano, only a short 5 minute walk from Nagano Station and had plenty of Paid 24hr Parking lots around it to use. The Apartment itself was very clean and had every amenity we may need. The host was also very responsive and helpful for check-in and during our stay.

Apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator, not a major issue for us but it is something for others to be warry of.

Super kind, accommodating and responsive host, clean, location close to station, laundry on 5th floor, kitchenette. Perfect for our family! Easy checkin/out.

Small bathroom. No place to park or unload luggage.

The location was great - easy to get to from the station. The apartment was clean and comfortable and our host was very friendly.

It was very spacious for Japan. It was convenient to everything - the station, restaurants and shops. We loved it.

Location, bathroom, kitchen well appointed, great balcony. Completely suited its budget price. Warm and cosy. Few things can be done to make it a great apartment.

We were on top floor and with no lift it was 65 steps up from street level through narrow staircase. Communal washing machine and dryer were outside our door and dryer was used after 10pm on 2 of our 3 nights keeping us awake. Should be stopped after 9pm. Dusty blinds next to kitchen bench. Pillows small. Not sure what the pile of mattresses were doing behind the couch but need to go.

Super Kommunikation vorab, Unterkunft wie beschrieben und sehr sauber, Lage sehr gut Nähe des Bahnhofs für Tagesausflüge. Bett sehr bequem. Wir hatten die oberste Wohnung in der 5. Etage und fanden die Treppen gut zu bewältigen.
