Suitable apartment very close to train station. Very easy check in. Very helpful manager. Easy to get the main Nagano temple.

I put total value 9, to leave the apartment owner a space foe development. We would appreciated, for example, a little free surprize like Nagano famous apple or a little bottle of sake or something else.

It was clean, spacious and great location. Parking nearby that was really cheap for 24h

By far the biggest space we had on our Japanese travels, and only a few minutes from the station. Everything you need, though the washing machine and dryer are shared, but that wasn't an issue. Fun fact, it was the only accommodation we stayed had in Japan that included knives in the cutlery drawer!

Nagano didn't put on the best weather during our days there, it was a bit wet and cold. Transport was not as easy getting around as we experienced in other places. Of course, none of that is the problem of the accommodation!

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable and had all the needed amenities. It was a quick walk to the train/bus station which is handy for catching transportation to nearby sights as we didn't have a car. The host was proactive and friendly with communication. We would stay here again.

Convenient location, clean, owners helpful, easy check in

The location was really close to the station and the living area was spacious compared to what we were used to in Japan. Accesability to Netflix was great as we could relax and put on movie at the end of the day.

The pillows on the bed were not great and it was hard to get comfortable as they were quite soft and deflated when we laid down. Otherwise everything else was great!
