Penthouse Five - The Beautiful 3Br En-suite Apt

I did not like the fact that my booking was confirmed by phone and sms as well as on booking.com only to be told on arrival the booking cannot be honoured as someone else is staying there. Despite being given contacts of caretaker who said she has no idea the host has rented it out. I was not given the apartment i had to look for another place i had aged persons and kids with me. Not recommended. I do not recommend booking.com as they do not verify the host or booking. My complaint also has not been addressed.

I liked the warm welcome and the support accorded to us by the host. It was not easy for them to host us with kids but the facilities were kids friendly and they really enjoyed the stay. Everything in the house was functional and the regular cleaning and change of consumables was so kind of the host. On behalf of my family, we thank the host and recommend the house to anyone looking for a relaxed holiday stay in Tudor Nora.

They did allow us to leave luggage in apartment till noon.

Communication was terrible. Wanted payment on arrival which was difficult without internet, could have been paid days before. Did not get contact information until just before arrival. Did not get clear location description, had to hire a local to guide us there. Water temperature in shower was not adjustable. Could not get TV to work and then woke us up at 7 am to explain. Refrigerator was turned on warm. Check out was 10 AM, but cleaning woman showed up at 9:15. There are no screens on the windows which you have to open because no ac. There was standing water in the laundry room. Power was out for 4 hours and there was a dog that barked all night. No check in information was given at all. No information available in apartment.

My stay in this house was incredibly pleasant. The space was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The thoughtful amenities and warm atmosphere made for a truly relaxing experience. I appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful surroundings. I would gladly return.

Water dispenser should be included it was a struggle buying water on a daily basis

I enjoyed everything

Quiet location with a good view of the creek. It wasn't too far from street food. It was very clean and very secure. Although there was a hiccup on check in, the manager was responsive.

The location listed doesn't explain that you are going to Paul Beach Lifestyle so when you arrive you are not sure. And when I called no one answered and the security guards knew nothing bc I hadn't been told Paul Beach Lifestyle. In the end, the manager called back and straightened it out and I appreciated that. There is no beach. You can find a pathway down to the creek waterfront but there is no beachfront as advertised. Just an FYI for westerners who define "beachfront" as something with sand. The view of the creek, however, is beautiful. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.
