Belvedere Apartment

The view and the fact that it was so near to the city center and port. Apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Noisy street and guests above us were extremely noisy at night time sound travels, so this was the only thing we didnt like. Even though the apartment is near the center and port you can't walk with your luggage in peak traffic. But if you beat the early morning rush you have open walk ways. There is however staircases but can not access large luggage.

We opted to use their parking for 25 euros/ night. Parking was tight so we used public transport to get around. But it was not a problem, it made for interesting bus rides 🙃

The location was great and the view is beautiful. The areas are quite nice and suitable a larger group like ours.

From the start receiving a long list of rules is not very nice, though understandable makes the experience a bit less nice. The mattresses were very stiff especially the single beds in the living room need to be updated. We could only use the showers for a total of four people in a row, after that we had to wait a few hours until being able to get hot water again.

Spacious rooms. Great view. Nice location. The manager and owner were responsive and helpful.

Arrival process and parking was chaotic. The boiler was giving intermittent fault codes and the hot water was temperamental. but with help from the owner and manager after a day I managed to get the hang of it to allow us all to have warm showers. The information on the cooker dials have rubbed off making it hard to use the cooker. Guess work.

Host was able to arrange on site parking for us at $30 per night, which was important to us.

Lovely apartment well kept with a stunning view of the coast Very affordable for where it is and only a 15 minute walk from the port/bus stops. Everything was provided including teas/coffees, lil snacks as well as towels and body wash

Loads of steps to get to the apartment which made luggage a little bit difficult to carry around when coming up

The views from the balcony were incredible! The hosts were so super helpful! The location was perfect! The short walk into town was breathtakingly beautiful! The apartment had everything that we needed! Highly recommend staying here!!

The apartment was beautifully furnished with antiques and the view was spectactular. The bathroom was modern & perfect for our stay.
