The towels were only decent facility. Since our experience was so poor, I can't think anything positive from this property. The location was ok but probably anywhere in Pisa are close to station or airport etc. Nothing special.

We had a very poor experience at this apartment in Pisa. Upon arrival, we were left waiting two hours outside in 35°C heat with a child, as there were no clear check-in instructions and the management was unresponsive. Once inside, there was no information about the apartment, Wi-Fi, or city tax, leaving us to figure everything out ourselves. The apartment itself was uncomfortably hot – only two bedrooms had air conditioning, and one was practically unusable. The provided fan was unsafe as it had no cover. The washing machine was mouldy and smelled terrible, and there were mosquitos with no repellent provided. Basic facilities were also substandard: the shower couldn’t hold the shower head, had weak water pressure and limited hot water. Several power outlets were literally falling out of the walls, which felt unsafe. The kitchen was poorly equipped – no wine glasses, mismatched plates and cutlery, and generally very depressing to use. We didn’t expect luxury, but this was the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. For health, safety, and basic comfort reasons, I honestly don’t think this property should be rented out in its current condition.

El alojamiento tenía una mugre insalubre, se notaba que hacía varios meses no era higienizado, tendero de ropa en mal estado, todo lleno de grasa, los marcos de las puertas negros, las terrazas con una mugre de meses, ventilador roto, sin seguridad, uno de los cuartos sin bombilla, sin Mesillas de noche, a cambio, dos sillas en mal estado lámpara sin ninguna protección, grifo y lavadora con hongos,pelos, etc, pérdida de agua en la cocina, un vaso de cada color, ollas inutilizables, mesita de noche con polvo de meses, cuando reclamo reembolso y me quejo ante la anfitriona la solución que da es enviar el otro día la limpieza realmente no podía soportar ni una hora más en ese alojamiento, así como llegué me fui en cuanto conseguí hotel, unas horas después de mi llegada, además de que para limpiarlo sería necesario muchísimas horas y comprar bombilla, arreglar pérdida,etc, me parecía mal que una limpiadora estuviese invadiendo mi espacio , Como insistí en el reembolso me ha bloqueado pésima atención de Elisa, realmente vergonzoso, anti higiénico, insalubre, pésimo, si pudiera realizar una calificación sería inhabitable. Falta de humanidad con la anfitriona diciendo que la queja era por algo menor. Se nota está acostumbrada a vivir en la mugre, realmente no me alojaría aquí ni aunque fuese gratis lo peor que he visto en años en Booking. Las fotos no son fieles a la realidad , como tampoco la descripción ya que dicho piso no está higienizado por empresas tampoco tienen ningún tipo de sello de desinfección,

Apartment is very spacious and has air con which is very suitable for summer period. The apartment is a 20-minute walk away from airport and 7 minutes from main train station

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be better.

Size of apartment

Well, I'm not giving bad ratings. I would have given maybe a point or two more, but I read reviews from 2023 about how the shower can't be hung, how the window in the bathroom can't be closed..... and in two years it couldn't be fixed? The apartment seems more like accommodation for university students and the rest of the time for tourists. As I said, sorry, but the beds are not very comfortable, the lamp in the room didn't work, the TV didn't work, the bedside tables were replaced with stools. One stool made of cardboard, a shower and a toilet..... When I pay money, I don't want to live in something like this. Please invest a little in repairs if you want to rent it out...

Apartment, especially the toilet, is rather dated and old.
