The location of the apartment was very convenient for the railway station and the city centre. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The agency staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Broken showers in all 3 bathrooms which the agency team were aware of but hadn't managed to get them repaired before our arrival. The mattresses in both bedrooms were extremely well worn. We had to ask for more glasses and crockery as there was only enough for 2 persons and there was 3 of us. The kitchen table has only 2 chairs for an apartment that can accommodate up to 6. Fridge space was limited. One of the fridges gurgled continually. Fortunately we didn't need to use the sofa bed in the kitchen. Although the apartment was clean, it smelt stale.
