The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We felt really good staying here. A big plus is the great communication with the owner – Giuseppe was very friendly, helpful, and gave us many useful recommendations and tips for trips, restaurants, and the surrounding area. We will definitely be happy to come back again.

We have no complaints, everything was perfect.

Giuseppe und Rosella sind die perfekten Gastgeber! Sehr herzlich und so viele gute Tipps! Er hat uns sehr nett persönlich begrüßt und war immer erreichbar. Es ist ein schönes Haus in einem tollen Viertel. Alles schön ruhig, sauber und sicher. Wir sind zu Fuß in die Stadt gelaufen oder mit unseren Fahrrädern gefahren. In der Nähe der Unterkunft war das beste Restaurant unserer Italienreise! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Appartement ist wirklich gemütlich und sehr sauber. Uns hat es sehr gefreut, dass im Kühlschrank sogar eine Dose Cola ein Wasser und ein kleiner Sekt zur freien Entnahme zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Es gab auch Kaffee und Tee und fürs Frühstück ein paar kleine Aufstriche. Es gab saubere Handtücher und Bettwäsche und Kuscheldecken. Wir waren auch froh, dass man die Heizung selber regulieren konnte, da wir im November dort waren. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns noch viele hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Bologna gegeben. Eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke.Ein Parkplatz ist auch noch dabei. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und es hat uns nichts gefehlt.

Viel Platz, gute Betten, die Ruhe, alles war sehr sauber, der private Parkplatz, die Umgebung, die nähe zur Bushaltestelle.
