Recently renovated, very modern flat in a convenient location between Bologna Airport and city Centre. The apartment was spotless all round, the kitchen fully stocked and instructions for self check in super clear. Private parking space is a plus. Very gracious host, let us in before check in time. We'll certainly go back if in Bologna in the future.

Nothing much at all. Perhaps the spiral staircase, which guests should take some care when passing close by as one could easily bump into it.

Coming from all the activities at the bologna centrale, it was always good to go home to a quiet neighborhood and into cozy and homey place. The place was very accessible to the bus stop. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Among all, our host, Giuseppe, was the best. Always very helpful.

Clean and well maintained

The host was very welcoming and helped us out with all of our questions. We had to attend a concert in the city and he found the best parking place for us for free :) Thank you Giuseppe!

Everything was perfect. The Apartment has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Reserved parking spot, little yard with a table to have your coffee in morning and so on. Host was very nice and helpful. Very clean.

The accommodation is very well equipped, coffee, tea, very clean, everything is new, it has parking. The owner was very nice, very hopefull, he gave us some good recommendations where to eat near accommodation. Thank you!

The location is a little far from the historical center but if you have a car, it's ok.

We really enjoy our stay at the apartment. It was clean and fully furnished. Apartman is eco-friendly. Centrum is around 10-15 mins by bus. The necessary places (like shops, restaurants etc.) are nearby. What we really appreciated was the host. He was nice and helpful. He told us everything about the city and send us some tips for a visit to Bologna, which we tried and really liked. We recommend this apartment.

I really recommend to stay at Bologna Holiday Home! The apartment is well equipped - you can find a coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer, iron etc. Our kids love sleeping and playing on the mezzanine. The apartment was quiet and really clean and neat. You can easily reach the center of Bologna - it takes only 4 minutes to reach the bus stop (buses leave really frequently and run till 12PM). In the nearby you can find very good, really Italian restaurant (Antica Trattoria del Pontelungo), some shops and bakery. Giuseppe and Rosella are very helpful - they even wanted to transfer us from the airport! We we given all important information about Bologna, buses, restaurants etc., there was as nice treat waiting for us in the fridge.
