Breakfast was not included, but it is very easy to find good coffee, cappuccinos, croissants, and other delicacies at the coffee shop next door or buy local specialties like focaccia, prosciutto, cheese and fruit at excellent little food stores nearby.

Casa Annalia is a beautiful and spacious appartment in the heart of Piacenza. It has every amenity that one may need. It certainly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyful. Highly recommend it!

Great central location.

Having to climb the final flight of stairs - although the vies over the rooftops compensate for that minor inconvenience!

Great Location close to many shops, restaurants, supermarket and squares.

A warmer bed cover or blanket would have been welcome. It was starting to get quite cool at night time.

Great location in a peaceful street just off a lovely square, with lots of dining options nearby. Good communication from the host. Apartment was really clean and comfortable. The area felt really safe, and people were very friendly.

kitchen tap is a bit glitchy, but that's a really small thing.

Great location, in the heart of downtown, close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and every kind of shopping. The studio is comfortable and nicely equipped and even has washing machine and a drying rack. The owner is kind and very responsive.

The pans are old and scratched. The studio is on the fourth floor, but the elevator only goes to the third floor. However, the owner’s son kindly carried my suitcase up the two flights of stairs when I checked in.

3rd floor with elevator, spacious, airy, all the amenities, friendly host, centrally located. Easy check-in.

Broken toilet seat and shower screen, very low water pressure.
