Spacious, clean, and good view of the city.

There was no information of how to enter the building or connect wifi before my arrival. l had hard time getting in the building. No information at all about the area or how to use the room, such as washing machine or kitchen. So far from the station.

Had an initial problem with the Internet & it was handled immediately.

Just an FYI - the majority of info was sent to my Yahoo account, but details for checking in went to spam for some reason. Be sure to check spam folder in case. The communication was very clear, but I did not know where to find it at the time. This was not the manager's fault & I once I checked it was all covered.

There was NO INTERNET for 2 days and the owner's phone was inaccessible until my last (3rd) day. On first day I had complained over the phone but owner did not call back until the last day of my stay. Therefore, I was unable to do my research WORK on the internet for two days. [he did reply on email, but without internet in the room, I could only read it on the last day]. There was a wire problem on the wall. Upon my arrival, the owner seemed a little upset because I arrived at 4 PM due to a trains STRIKE on the city Firenze with NO train until late in the late afternoon (an Italian thing!! :).

If there would be shelter would be better with less light in the morning if you want to sleep

Location excellent. Almost in centre. Had all faciilities

Difficult to get free parking close to apartment. Some difficulty communicating with host. Partly our problem. Coulld have done with some information in apartment on how things worked eg hot water, washing machine.and maybe information on best places to visit it est
