"I would not recommend this place. It’s in the old part of Bergamo, very inconvenient if driving"

Nothing

No shower. Steps to get into the bathroom are dangerous. No parking nearby. Completely contactless. The owner only sends text messages. There was no communication about the parking that she states in her followup to my review.

"Excellent location, property good enough for a short stay."

Breakfast wasn't included. Although the welcome video indicated 'breakfast voucher' which was a bit confusing

No air con .. just fans. However, the fans were in every room. No stand up shower (which was indicated in the welcome video and property details. What isn't clear though is that you cannot stand up whilst in the bath to use the shower head due to sloping ceiling.
