"SHARED batchroom and kitchen"

gute lage

true the offer is shared apartment. but they should emohesize it more in the descrption. only after the booking is done you are explicitely informed about the shared kitchen and bathroom Maybe some who are not fully awared of this might not book there- like me

"Disappointing because the water heater was a failure, and there was no attempt to fix it"

Location and cleanliness

Not mosquito netting. The water heater only put out scalding hot water. It was not fixed and they made no attempt to fix it.
