Facilities; pool was filty, none a single machine was working at the gym, licking washing machine, freezer door not closing properly. I was charged for all facilities which didn't work and I had to spend extra money to be able to attend gym in town.

No proper running water in the bathroom, toilet smell not pleasant

Place was extremely dirty and smelled damp on my arrival.There were roaches everywhere.less cutleries,fridge not working properly and had to throw out some food,lights kept going off for long hours which affected the water supply but owner did come through,Toilet seat and bathroom door faulty which were to be fixed but Nah!.Detergents and tissues I had to buy and did wash their towels,beddings due to the dampness and bedbug.Everything is outdated as well.
