The pool is clean

Almost everything, i have asked for a receipt and they replied that there is no receipts! I have asked to change my room because the first one they gave me was not clean and the window to the balcony was broken! After i got in my second room, i noticed that the bathroom was dirty, someone used it and did not flush it, i asked them to come clean it for over 3 times and no one came, there was no soap and no shampoo, i had to ask several times until we went to the reception to finally get them, the bed sheets and covers were so dirty they did not change them, the phone in the apartment is not wired, there was no microwave and no kettle, the mini fridge had a very bad smell, the closets in both rooms are broken, there was no water when we wanted to shower, there was no lifeguards for the pool!!! And the time they open and close the pool is not the same as it is on Booking.com! All of the details that i have mentioned and i’m still certain i forgot a lot regarding the service and the cleanliness.

Room was large, clean and well looked after. pool was great.

sort of in the middle of nowhere, helps to have a car as the free swimming area is 30min drive away. paid beaches are closer.

"Good value for the price, considering the fact the area is quite expensive"

The property has a small cafe with soft drinks, good pool area. The reception looks very good and staff is very welcoming. There is a nice restaurant 5 min walk from the place - Beit Sweimeh.

There was no proper bed sheets, more like blankets, some people might find it less hygenic. They looked and smelled clean though.

great price for a big apartment. Clean bathroom,bedrooms nice smell. A/C in every room. Nice big pool, very good service and staff. Close to deadsea beach

- The area is quite in a small town but friendly people.
