Dead sea 2 bedroom apartment in Latoya plaza,swemeh Jordan

Receptionist was friendly even though he couldn't speak any English, we made do with Google translate.

This was the most deceptive advertising ever. The apartment was extremely unclean, the pool was green and filled with plastic bottles, the indoor pool/spa was apparently under maintenance, the furniture was all worn and chipped, there were marks on the walls as well as holes. I had to park my car in a empty gravel lot next to the hotel, unlike the valet parking advertised by them. There was no restaurant of breakfast availability. There had apparently been no wifi for 3 days and had to get the receptionist to hot spot his phone to look for alternate accommodation. I had made the booking the night before as I wasn't sure of my itinerary and needed a place to sleep for the night. The reviews and pictures on booking.com suggested it to be reasonably decent. After a night at the Dead Sea Hilton, this was s shock to the system. Contacting the owner to cancel the booking was fruitless. He arranged for the receptionist to "clean' the bathroom but that didn't improve things much. Although I had literally just paid the receptionist cash, he informed me as the booking was done through booking.com, they would be charged a booking fee, so it wasn't possible to cancel. He was quite happy to tell me to take my bags and leave with no refund.

Nice apartment close to the Dead Sea. it was built a while ago and you see the decay by time on the house as well as furniture. Nevertheless it was comfortable and very clean.

There was a barbecue at midnight where the receptionist participated. It was actually his phone and speaker where loud music came from. From my point of view that was very rude. I told him on the next morning that he should mind potential guests and decrease his music output so guests could sleep easily.

Its good for its price and close to the see, you can walk to the beach. There are 2 supermarkets around and great burger place with alcohol near the check point. But even when its not season go to 5th floor!!! Its a roof top and awesome lounge zone where you can seat and watch sunset.

It was not so clean. Its abuilding with apartments and when it is not a season seems like nobody really cares about cleaning. The receptionist guy is not available even when it mention in description.

It was the perfect choice for a night near the Dead Sea. We chose it because it was the cheapest accommodation in the area. I got an apartment equipped with everything you need. There is free parking in front of the hotel. Search Astana hotel for location on google maps

Very nice appartment for a good price. There was also a bottle of watter and morning coffee for us.

AC hot is in every room . very clean . excellent price . large apartment

Its winter out to that swimming pools are closed

-smells like Springfield, clean and hygiene is remarkable. You can see camels around the building. Short distance to the dead sea. Staff are cheerful and friendly.

Excellent -Very clean spacious and very nice hosts and helpful.The place is close to the dead sea. -Staff are kind and friendly but they speak little English, but the host and his family speak very well English.
