Our booking were not found, we were given a most warm room, however, we couldn't stay overnight as freezing

"It was just okay. The location is near to the city but on the dead end side of the road."

There are used soap & used tissue in the bathroom. There are leftover food in the refrigerator knowing there are new people whos going to check-in the room. It couldd be very hot in the middle of the day too. No television and during our arrival the caretaker shouted on us in russian language when were inside the rooms. When our friend translated it, he said she doesnt want us to step over on the carpets with our shoes which disappoints us when we are the guests and she welcomed us like that. The location is also at the deas end side of the road though still near to the city but not safe to walk at night.
