Simple one room apartment, just as advertised. The admin lady was very friendly and the manager was prompt when asked for assistance. Best for travellers to stay.

Very helpful. I don’t have any complaints.

The only thing I can think of is the caretaker Tatiana, she gave me her Turkish ointment when I needed a pain relief spray.

The property seems to be a part of ghetto. It’s difficult to reach there and cab drivers face issues too. The house is definitely HAUNTED, yes you heard that right. We had two instances of feeling presence of a GHOST twice the same night. The rugs were full of hair, it really needs to be Dee cleaned. The flooring is too old and it creaks when you walk on it. The hot water wasn’t available for the whole day, and we had to take shower with cold. Cutlery was limited and nothing for cooking, only salt that too in a small container.

Service is very poor. Hot water wasn’t available during cold days. We need to pay to get scolded from the staff

Roads to apartment is muddy due to construction site on the way

The location is near supermarket and mall. The place is very comfortable and has kitchen. Highly recommend. The administrator is so kind and helpful.

Close to Mega Park and other grocery shops. Rooms with good mattresses Well equipped kitchen

Language barrier with the administrator, though she was smart and was able to use translator and helpful.
