The rooms were clean, well maintained and had all necessary amenities. Our host was very courteous and helpful. The property is near to many stores and food joints. All the tourist spots are readily accessible by yandex. All in all, a pleasant place to stay.

The bathroom is good, but it needs better maintenance.

Dimm is conveniently located in Almaty, with major destinations accessible within a 10- to 15-minute drive. Yandex Go services this facility, making transport hassle-free. Nearby, you’ll find grocery shops, a pharmacy, a mall, restaurants, and more—all within walking distance. The neighborhood is popular with families and Indian medical students. The facility itself is well maintained and includes a comfortable bedroom, TV room, common area, open kitchen, and washroom. The apartment owner was supportive throughout our stay, readily accommodating reasonable requests. Transportation costs are affordable, with an airport ride at approximately 2000 to 3000 tenge via Yandex Go, and other trips around Almaty costing between 1000 to 1200 tenge. Additionally, the caretaker—a kind and loving grandmother—added a personal touch to our experience. Overall, we enjoyed a peaceful and pleasant stay.
