Perfectly located right in the heart of Almaty, super convenient for exploring the city. host’s hospitality – they provided incredibly detailed check-in instructions and were incredibly friendly throughout my stay. The information they shared about local sights, restaurants, transportation was invaluable for a traveler like me. We felt welcomed and well-informed.

For the price, it’s hard to fault the value, since everything’s clean and comfortable, though some of the fixtures could be updated.

I really liked the property—it’s clean, spacious, and has a fresh, pleasant smell. The owner was also very accommodating with our requests, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Since we came during summer, the bedroom was a little warm. We requested an electric fan, and the kind owner promptly provided it, which made our sleep much more comfortable.

The location is great. Lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops... Close to the park, promenade. The oner is nice and easy to communicate. I recommend this place.

A very nice apartment, you feel like you are at home. The price is excellent. Around the place there a restaurant and grocery store. Also, a 10-min walk from Arab street is available, and the owner is cooperative. He told us about the city and its tourist programs. They have transportation from the airport. I recommend this lovely apartment and I will definitely come back.

It's okey for a cold city but there is only one air conditioner in the levingroom and There is a problem with the water, it becomes hot for ten minutes after showering and then returns to normal

Great apartment for 4 people, the apartment has park, all basic utensils and gas, SPAR and many 24*7 stores nearby, Indian restaurants and Arbat street also very near. Basically, a great place to be with family. Hosts were always available for help

We were a bit skeptical choosing while booking this apartment but decided to go for it based on the positive reviews, And it exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were clean, everything was top notch and most importantly had a homely vibe to it.

Nothing actually. I wish to book this place again if i plan on visiting Almaty in future.

Every thing was good for a short stay. Definitely will stay again. Near to cafes and shops. Arbat just a stone away.

my stay at nadezhda apartment was exceptional. the host is always available if you need anything and accommodating. it is a very comfortable place to stay, feels so homely, great location and accessible to shops few meters away from the walking street where shopping boutiques are located, some bank ATMs available and also surrounded with supermarkets, cafe bars and restaurants. the cleanest apartment i ever stayed so far. if i will come back to almaty, this is the place i will stay again. highly recommended.
