I would say, everything , the entire apartment is very good in totality , location wise, it is walkable distance from Arbat street, Ascension Cathedral, Super market stores beneath the apartment, After a tiring day exploring Almaty, you can get a Spa treatment in front of the apartment, Last but no the least , the super cool host Konstanin, he helped in every possible ways

I didnt have anything specific to say , the washing machine was under repairs

The space in the apartment and the amenities provided were excellent. The location and the host were super responsive to each and every query.

The mattress in the bedroom might need some repair or replacement.

Room was well cleaned and prepared. We could find many restaurants, cafeteria and supermarkets close to the place. Most of the tourist spots are in close distance to the location.

The bed size could have been bigger.

The location is great. Close to supermarket, attractions, bus stop, great café and restaurants. There is one cafe at the ground floor which is delicious and quite luxurious. Apartment have everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, good heating system and quality furniture. The host was great. He helped us in every possible way. Always available for any questions on city,transportation etc. He helped us to put luggage in other property after checkout even in heavy rain.
