Everything was perfect, apartment on the first floor, what was good for me because I had heavy luggage with me

We had a lovely experience during our stay in Almaty. The apartment was neat, clean, and well-maintained—everything was thoughtfully arranged, so we didn’t need to ask for anything. It’s a budget-friendly option that doesn’t compromise on comfort. Though the building is a bit old, it’s located in a peaceful residential area with a calm, eco-friendly community vibe, which feels much more homely than a typical hotel setting. There are plenty of good restaurants within a 10–15 minute walk, and the apartment is close to Almaty’s main attractions. Most places are just a quick 15–20 minute drive away. Recommended for anyone visiting Almaty—comfortable, convenient, and full of local charm!

There is no signal in the room. The room WiFi is very poor.

Small but cozy place

Owner did answer my questions but was not very nice. We were first time in Almaty, when we asked some information, his response was “You are distracting me from my important works”. I do not think this is a polite attitude to customer’s questions. We did not feel OK. except above response above response

The location and amenities were worth the money ! Host is extremely patient and helpful at any means.

I wish they had sockets for all sorts of charging cables, maybe installed in the wall. I understand many hotels do not provide adapters cause guests might simply take it with them , my suggestion is to install it on the wall.
