Because I got 4 properties in Lituania and got a nice flat of my own in this town and a house nearby as well so I know from the area housing this flat is good.

"Good, just one minor"

A lot of towels are ready for you. Coffee and tea Iron board and iron present. Hairdryer in place as well. Everything is ready to be used

Electric wall sockets seemed all unsafe. We were afraid to use them, as it seemed they would follow out of place. Hazard warning.

"Small and comfortable place for one night rest."

The property had everything that we needed on our stay. Nice view through the windows into horizon. Parking on site.

The property is located on the 5th floor so it was quite hard to get there with all our stuff.

"We liked the flat (apart from electricity wall sockets)"

Everything was clean and beautiful! No contact with the owner, the keys were left in a safe place for us! 👍

The electricity wall sockets were not in good condition, they were sticking out of the wall, not safe. I was glad I didn’t have small children with me.

"Very run down apartment"

Easy self-checkin, nice view, well equiped kitchen.

We stayed here for a second time and this time the apartment was in a much worse shape than before. Many things broken, ex. the blinds could not be opened in the room, ALL of the power outlets falling out of the walls (was afraid of the electrocution every time I used it), paint peeling of the ceiling, etc. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly (hair and soap stains in the bathtub, dust in the corners). Doesn't look like the apartment is being maintained at all, very disappointing.
