Our family was staying there for the second time already. Everything was fine as the first time several years ago. This is a nice, clean apartment providing a great view of the forest surrounding that part of the city. It has all the basics one would need (kitchen amenities, coffe, tea, sugar, salt, etc., bed linens, towels). Parking is by the house. Grocery stores can be reached on foot in several minutes. Apartment is located basically in the city center and close to the park. A convenient place to stay for visitors of the region :)

The location is good, almost everything is accessible on foot. View thru windows is good as well, it opens to the kindergarten and lots of air without neighboring houses. The house itself is quiet, we hardly hear any neighbors from adjacent apartments.

The apartment building is under renovation works at the moment. It will get better over time once completed, however staircase is dusty, narrow, and poorly lit. You may get you clothes, bags dusty as well. Although we're having quite warm October, and central heating season is not yet started, the apartment is quite chilly at this point so may consider throwing in extra pair of warmer socks and a sweater to your bag when travelling in autumn.

Good location. Perfect communication. Stress free, contactless check-in and check-out. Clean accommodation. Thank you for the fan, it saved our lives in heatwave. Good wifi. Good place for staying overnight.

Felt a bit to small for four people, but for couple could be perfect. Unfortunately, three bathroom towels for four people was left. Unsafe electricity outlet right next to the bed. And we banged our heads multiple times on very low lamp in the room. Couldn't find light in the corridor.
