Ozas Apartment 1 and 2

Местоположение и заселение топ , есть все нужное .

Проблемы с чистотой и размером квартиры , входная дверь из дерева и плохо закрывается , шумоизоляции практически нет .

Good location

There are 2 studios split within a single apartment entrance. The wall are very thin between them so you can hear pretty much everything from the other studio which can cause disturbance. This layout wasn’t properly shown or explained in the ad which can be deceiving. The studio itself is okay but not really worth the price. However it wasn’t cleaned properly before our arrival, some sofa pillow were stained, old and dirty, the fridge had some dead bugs, there are no spare bed sheet provided, lots of essential kitchen appliances are missing which we had to buy ourselves, some bathroom lightbulb were not working

Everything was nice

The shower drain was clogged up we had to try and fix it because the water almost went over board and the balcony doors were broken when you open the door
