For the first look it's fine, but...

As many people have written: The bathroom is all moldly. The sofa is really uncomfortable(I'm not picky regarding it, but it's amazingly bad). The strong smell of cigarettes from neighbours. The view on trashbins. The exterior is unbelievable - an old dormitory looks like a drug den. The location is bad for tourist logistics too. On top of that, the host is really rude and irresponsible. He had family issues and couldn't make a check-in. Instead of finding a substitute(he knew his problem in advance), or notifying and requesting the check-in time via booking, as normal hosts do, he sent an sms. Which just simply didn't come due to the roaming. So when I arrived I was told that his problem now is my problem and I have to wait for him to handle his issues:"The family is a priority for me". Also, I have to mention the style of communication, it was rude and informal: "What's ur decision?". The host probably thinks the guest is his buddy and he can omit the polite and formal communication.

Very nice and fresh apartment, all facilities in place.

Neighbours are heavily smoking outside the door (but the smoke does not get inside). No bed, but a convertible couch. I'm an engineer, but I could not figure out how to flip it. Still fine for 1 person.

Very good price/value ratio. Easy communication.

Stinky surroundings.

bed could have extra mattress to put over sofa bed :) as it was a bit uncomfortable
