"Nice room in awful house"

It's a small room but very neat and newly refuyrbushed. There's a sofa, kitchenette, fridge, washer, small bathroom with half size bath, shower and toilet. Good for even long-ish stay for 1-2 people

Environment - feels like back in USSR. The reason for very unpleasant stay - there was no hot water. NO HOT WATER, Carl. Host wasn't aware of the problem, although it took to 1 minute for me to google the reason (energy company, tests, no hot water for 3 days).
