The property was not in an acceptable condition. Upon arrival, we noticed: The property was dirty, with burned pots that were unsafe to use. The mattress was broken and needs replacement. Floors and doors were squeaky, and the bathroom was very small with water running slowly. The coffee machine was broken, and the kettle leaked water, making it unsafe to use. Furniture was very old, and there were personal belongings left inside. When opening the sofa bed, it was extremely dirty inside. Bedding in the small bedroom had blood spots, and the curtains were dirty, mismatched, and poorly hung. Overall, the property was unsafe and did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or safety.
