"Overall, the stay was positive, but the apartment oener could reviw the apartment facilities during the winter season."

The location was excellent.

Probably due to the winter time, the apartment was too cold for most guests. Also, the apartment lacked a basic rug in front of the hallway door to leave snowy and salt-soaked boots.

В целом аппартаменты замечательные. Классический стиль обстановки, красиво, просторно. Месторасположение прекрасное! Самый Старый город, всё самое интересное прямо вокруг тебя, и начиная от чудесных маленьких скульптур, разбросанных по городу и до прекрасных кораблей-ресторанов. Окна спален выходят на тихую улочку, окна гостиной - на более оживлённую, с кафе и баром напротив. Но с закрытыми окнами музыка не мешала нам. И было не жарко. Благодарю хозяйку за оперативную помощь, когда обнаружилось недоразумение с полотенцами!

Хотелось бы чтобы уборщица чаще заглядывала под кровать для уборки, а в туалете оставляла больше, чем половину рулона туалетной бумаги. Младшая дочь разглядела несколько паучков под потолком и устроила крик (она из боится). Очень неудобно, что в кухне только одна кастрюля и ни одной сковороды. И даже микроволновки нет. А так же нехватало маленького полотенца для кухни. Швабра была, но без тряпки. Если вдруг лужа - то и вытереть нечем. Все эти бытовые неудобства в первый день сильно испортили наш отдых. Кровать большая красивая, но скрипит очень. Кроме того, в туалете из канализации периодически появлялся специфический запах. Думаю, это особенность старого дома и хозяева вряд ли могут что-то сделать.
