The only positive aspect is the large size of the apartment.

We do not recommend these apartments for families with children, especially during the cold season. The apartment was very cold, the floor was literally icy. After our request, a heater was brought quickly, which we appreciate, but the measured temperature in the apartment was only 16.3°C. The apartment is large, and it is almost impossible to warm it up properly. The description states that an iron is available, however there is no ironing board, and it is unclear where one is supposed to iron. Shampoo and shower gel were also listed, but upon arrival the amount provided was extremely limited (as can be seen in the photos). If the apartment was cleaned before our arrival, it is surprising that this was not noticed. The bed squeaks loudly and is very uncomfortable, and the blanket is thin and not suitable for such a cold apartment. In the kitchen there was only one very worn frying pan and one pot, and cooking porridge for children felt unsafe. The kettle was heavily scaled, so we had to buy a descaling product ourselves. There are also electrical issues: it is impossible to use the iron and the kettle at the same time, as the power trips. Overall, the apartment looks nice in photos and at first glance, but upon closer inspection there are many broken items and cleanliness issues. Advice: if you decide to stay here during the cold season, be sure to bring very warm clothes and slippers.
