Great location right near a train station, loads of restaurants, convenience store across the street. Well maintained property. Everything you could need. Check in was easy. Good communication with hosts.

We had 4 people so 2 of us slept on the sofa bed which was not that comfortable

Tricky automatic check in- was solo and it kept on asking for passports for others so just duplicated my passport to get in!

Very far from Port- 20-30 min walk.

It's a whole apartment, which is a nice luxury to have when traveling in Japan. The apartment was clean and tidy with a full kitchen and washing machine.

With that being said, it felt like an apartment installed into an office building. A few words of warning. It is very noisy at night as there's practically no sound insulation and noises from the street, cars, people talking and yelling at night as well as the noise from the nearby trains can all be heard clearly. There's also no blackout curtains so bring eye masks if you want to sleep-in past sunrise. These factors in addition to the uncomfortable bed and sheets meant it wasn't a very restful stay and we actually opted to cut our stay short by one night as a result. We checked out at the usual time and requested a refund of one night which was rejected due to their "policy". This was disappointing.
