The flat is very spacious, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The location within walking distance of the metro/railway station is very convenient and reasonably quiet.

The Hotel Yuzuki is not a hotel as we understand it as there are no staff present at the flat or at the building (to the best of our knowledge). The main problem we had was the check in procedure where we had to send a photograph of our passports to the Yuzuki via a tiny ipad located on the 4th floor of the building. We had huge problems trying to photograph and send our passport images and this delayed us moving into the flat by nearly an hour. The self-check in system may be fine for guests who are reasonably technologically savvy, but we are older people and this was a stressful and difficult process that spoilt an otherwise excellent visit.

Automated check in was very confusing and it took us a long time to get into the apartment Once inside, automated entry and exit went well

The electronic check in was working smoothly. There was room enough available. The appartment was clean equipped with everything that we needed.
