Great downtown location, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping strips. Clean, well equipped bathroom and kitchen, apartment itself is very spacious.

Lots of street noise at night. No bathroom door but the shower has one.

The property is very spacious, comfortable, and well setup. There is a bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom. All well equiped and clean. It’s in a good location with access to public transport. I would stay there again.

We had problems checking in on the tablet and needed help that arrived quickly. We also had some problems finding the place. Booking.com had a photo of very distinct entry that no longer exists or it applies to different property.

Nicest apartment we stayed in during our travels in Japan. new! great space, smartly designed, had everything we needed and more, very family friendly with baby bed and chair. Nice bathroom, great washing machine, comfortable bed and sleeping couch.

If you don't travel as a family, you might want doors to the bed room.

Spotless very modern apartment with a very comfortable bed. A couple of blocks from Kawaramachi Station and loads of shops. Very convenient.

The digital registration which is always a hassle. And no connection with staff.

Good accomodations and good facilities.

Check in with tablet was not a guest friendly welcome. We suggest an other way of checking in . Sleeping was a problem because of the streetnoise from yelling and shouting young people and racing cars despite the appartement was on the 6e floor. It were weekend days and the noise stopped at 5 or 6 in the morning.

The room was very clean, all amenities available for the period of stay, large space to accommodate group of 4. Located very near to local train station, market and stores. Emails and requests were prompt replied all times. I definitely recommend this place when stay in Takamatsu.

Although the hotel is near to station, my suggestion is to include a comment with the train exit and a description/route to hotel.
