Spacious and quiet, close to two big parks and some tourist attractions.

1. Toilet is too small, nowhere to put our washing stuff. 2. There was sewage smell in the room when we arrived. There was wind blowing up from the kitchen sink drainer, and there came the smell. We learnt from other reviews to cover the drainage tight to block the smell. 3. There were only 2 plastic plates and 2 plastic bowls, cutlery for two persons, a frypan and saucepan, a knife and a kettle (not electric), no chopping board. Can't prepare a simple meal properly.

Property highlights: The property met our needs with its amenities, such as a small kitchen, refrigerator, private bathroom with bidet, laundry facilities, table, closet, and a balcony to hang our laundry. The room was also spacious enough for two people. Appreciated free items: We were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of complimentary items provided, including wet tissues, toilet paper, and detergent soap. Additionally, toiletries were provided, which added convenience to our stay.

Areas for improvement: One slight issue we encountered was during check-in, as the owner did not speak English, resulting in a small delay. The owner only provided a number and did not offer clear instructions on what to do with it. We suggest that clearer instructions and assistance be given to guests during check-in. Cleaning service: Throughout our entire seven-day stay, our room was not cleaned. It was unclear whether we were expected to request cleaning or if the responsibility fell on the host. Additionally, there were wet tissues and sticks used for the floor present in the room.

I liked EVERYTHING!! I like how they've prepared everything from shampoo, body soap, many towels (not just one per person!), disposable slippers, toothbrush, cleaning supplies, trash bags...etc. And all of those they don't just put one per person, nope, they put many of it that's enough for the whole period you're staying for!! The location is very convenient as well. I VERY much recommend this place!!

I just didn't like one tiny thing, that's the smell that comes out of the kitchen sink hole, and I think that's a solvable thing that the company can manage and get rid of the smell, because everything else is perfect in this apartment!!!

The room was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. I even bought a shave and detergent to wash my clothes but I just didn't check if they have it in the room. They did. Room had a lot of storage for our stuff. Comfy beds and the place was in a very quiet neighborhood. We also did self check in so we didn't encounter staff until we checked out. I think her name was Nakamoto san and she met us on our way out. Also, bring bath salts or a bath oil! They have a tiny tub but it's worth it to soak at least for 10 mins.

I just didn't like the walk to the subway. It was pretty far. Room was a lot closer to bus stops so we learned how to get around via the bus really quick.

This affordable accommodation is strategically located within a short distance from Ohori Park(Fukuoka Art Museum) station and a walkable distance from Tenjin, Daimyo as well as Nagahamasengyo Market. Besides, it is within a convenient reach of supermarkets and loads of pocket-friendly ramen shops.

If you are a light sleeper, be warned that the room is not soundproof as you can hear loud noises from the next room such as door/wardrobe slamming or incessant tromping. The accommodation is located in an alley but you may hear loud siren that can definitely wake you up in the middle of the night.

To us, this apartment is just perfect. It is just about 5 mins' walk away from Maizuru Park where we appreciated the blooming Cherry Blossoms. It is just 5 subway stations away from Hakata Station where we took the train and Shinkansen to other cities in the south. The apartment is less than 100 meters away from the main road, and is easily accessible. Walking to the subway station takes only about 10 mins. The decoration and the furniture are new and clean. The bed is comfortable and the environment is quiet, so that we had good sleep every night (for 11 nights!). Well, I can't say the apartment is very large, but it is just spacious enough to make us feel comfortable. There's a large wardrobe where we can hang our clothes and put our things. There's a kitchen with two stoves where we can cook our dinner and breakfast. There's even a washing machine! There's also a balcony outside where we can hang our washed clothes to dry. The washroom is spacious and clean, too. Host is very helpful. He told us how to switch on the heater in the apartment. So we'll definitely stay here again if we come back to Fukuoka again.
