the room is clean so is the toiler, the bed is comfortable. the place is close to bus station, like 3 min walking away, but its in the middle two metros, 10-min walk, so its more inconvenient by metro

there is a strong smelling of pipe from kitchen, but after opening the window for a while, its gone.

Quick and good communication if you can read and write Japanese. There are detailed instructions on how to get there and about the self check-in process. Cash payment is also available, which I used, it was easy and straightforward. The apartment was clean and the necessary things were available. The location is good, near the subway station and Ōhorikōen, so you can quickly get to Tenjin, but also Hakata and Nishijin.

House does not have the thickest walls, so loud noises can be heard.
