Residential home in Riga near Agenskalna Quarter

A nice and secure flat. A Very comfortable apartment with a separate bedroom. Plenty of hot water for a shower. No toaster but these are a rare find anywhere.

Very bad experience. From second day there was no hot water in the shower. We notified the owners, but they did not show any interest in solving the issue. We had to spent the last night in a hotel. No refund from the owners at all.

Location. Fair accessibility with a child buggy.

Too bright in the night -- the window curtains are weak and actually useless.

Public transport is easily accessible.Secured with gates.Simple check in, check out.

The place is fairly close to transportation stops and food stores, couple of cafes etc also nearby. Check-in/out was easy.

The bed linen and kitchen utensils would benefit from an upgrade, some useless clutter in wardrobes and cupboards and corners created quite a messy look of the apartment. If you plan to visit during summer, bring your own eyeshades - it gets very bright very early.

The property is as advertised and matched the description and reviews. The same host rents out numerous apartments in the building, and it appears that the reviews are mixed about all of them in one place which is a bit confusing. The particular apartment I stayed in had a well-stocked kitchen, which was nice.

The only complaint was about the heating. You couldn't adjust the radiators, and temperature control could be done only by opening the windows on winter ventilation mode or completely. I the host can fix this issue so it stops being mentioned.
