"Comfortable place to stay in Kyoto"

It was very close to Toji Station, within working distance to a subway station and few minutes walk to Aeon Mall. Staff was helpful and polite. And also, the room was spacious and comfortable. Overall very good value for money.

"Nice apartment near train station"

It was well situated; a10 minutes walk from train station. It was very clean and had a nice kitchenette. Loved the shower room and how quickly our clothes dried.

Wish it would have had a sofa.

Nice to have own mattress. Everything worked well. Central location. Responsive staff.

Layout was not the most practical e.g. sink in dining area. Two of us woke up with eye issues, swollen eye lids gritty feeling in eyes.

Location

The layout of the apartment was very inconvenient, had to go down a flight of stairs to use the bathroom. Toilet and shower were far apart. No where to hang clothes, no nightstand, no drinking glasses
