Old Riga Jekaba street Apartment

L'appartement et très bien situé en plein centre ville ( la vieille ville) toutes et accessible à pied

Je souhaite attirer votre attention sur un point concernant le parking mentionné dans l’annonce. L’annonce indique « appartement avec parking », cependant il n’existe pas de place de parking privée. Le stationnement se fait uniquement dans la rue : il est gratuit de 22h à 08h, et payant pendant la journée. À mon sens, cette information devrait être indiquée de manière plus claire dans l’annonce. Pour ma part, le parking était un critère essentiel dans mon choix, et ce n’est qu’après avoir finalisé la réservation et effectué le paiement que j’ai découvert que le stationnement était limité à la voie publique et gratuit uniquement la nuit.

Nic mi się nie podobało bo po pierwsze panel do otwierania drzwi był zepsuty i nie mogliśmy wejść do środka budynku, do tego dwie rozmowy telefoniczne z zarzadzcą stojąc godzinę na podwórzu i marznąc. Jak dostaliśmy do korytarza (dzięki temu że jakiś Pan wychodził i weszliśmy) poszedłem sprawdzić gdzie znajduje się mieszkanie i na schodach na 3 piętro okazało się że niema barierki ochronnej od schodów. Więc razem z żoną ustaliliśmy że rezygnujemy z tego miejsca.

The apartment was nice, modern, cozy and clean. The location was amazing. It was literally a few minutes walk away from restaurants, supermarkets and the Christmas market. Extremely practical for families!

The steps going up to the apartment are extremely dangerous and so scary. There was a very weird smell in the bathroom at all times.

Very spacious, comfortable bed, clean. Washing machine available and even washing liquid available. Responses from the host in 1h time frame. Easy access even need to use 3codes to get trough 3 doors. Safe, good sound isolation.

TV channels didn’t work and could bot use TV at all- even YouTube. Language in settings was in russian language.
