The caretaker needs to improve on customer service

I liked the Wi-FI, the sofa, bedroom curains and the beds

I didn't like the kitchen window and backdoor curtains. the door leaves a lot of space at the bottom and snails were getting in the room through the back door. the windows let in a lot of cold breeze and water kept on disappearing. Electricity/ lights also went out and we were in the dark.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with large lounge and full kitchen. Very responsive host and lots of nice touches like milk , bread, tea and good lighting. Located in quiet area a few kn from the Hub Karen (20 or 30 ksh ride). Food options nearby

I liked the fact that the services requested were delivered as well as acted upon in good time.

The efficiency and availability of utensils needed were less than we needed. Especially SPOONS

The house was very clean and comfortable. And the host was very professional and friendly.

I liked the fact that the apartment building was so easily accessible and that it was in such a convenient area. The host was amazing, always willing to help and answer any questions we had. The apartment was sparkling clean and just as presented in the photos. It was a lovely experience and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again! Highly recommended for solo travellers or groups of up to 4 people. The price is also such a bargain, and it is so reasonable- worth every penny!
