"a chaotic 5-hour check in to a filthy, stained, disgusting place"

The location was great

Despite confirmation from booking.com, no one knew anything about us and after 5 hours of calls and chaos they explained others were living there, offered an unacceptable option, then moved out leaving it poorly cleaned without toilet paper, paper towels, salt, extra towels, no table or desk, nowhere to sit to eat or work, broken furniture...TV didn't work, furniture stained, filthy light switches, sinks, floors... We have traveled extensively in Morocco and understand this country but stunned by the conditions of this apartment, the halways, the elevator, etc. You should know the truth about this apartment.

The location

The property is not well maintained The clean process is not well done from my point of view. The bedding is not changed, and the bathrooms do not work properly.
