On arrival, we had difficulty locating the property as the address provided was not in full. If we had not got help from some kind young fellows, we would have been stuck as we were already facing language barriers with some taxi drivers. I would recommend that full property location and host contact are provided prior to arrival.

Clean and the location was good

Every time we used the tap water in the sink, we felt a noticeable electric shock a serious and dangerous issue that should never happen under any circumstances. It’s incredibly unsafe and made using the sink feel like a risk every single time. We had to stop using the sink entirely out of fear for our safety. If you’re staying here or considering this property, be warned electricity and water should never mix, and this kind of hazard is unacceptable. I hope the issue is fixed immediately before someone gets seriously hurt.

Balcony was amazing as was the shared pool, Hossein was our concierge and helped us lots throughout our stay we felt totally welcomed and looked after! Nice quiet area too but only a 30 minute walk to the centre of Marrakech

Very friendly staff, check in and check out very smooth without any issues. Apartment comfortable, clean and spacious equipped with terraces and very useful Kitchen. Location really good, walking distance to the centre of Marrakesh and many restaurants. The only challenge is to find a place for car if you rented one.

I love when a Host goes out of their way to help you and make you feel at home! Assisted with transportation which was very important to us as we had someone with us who was pregnant. The host really made us feel welcome. Ill defo be back again!!

Nice apartment, the tenant is very responsive. Everything went smoothly. Watch out: On arrival you have to pay a visitor's tax of 2.50 EUR per person/night in cash.

It was a 20 minute walk to the main Souk . The restaurants nearby are fantastic and reasonably priced. Houssein was a big help . The little balcony was lovely to sit in . Overall a lovely place .

The apartment above us was very noisy and the noise would stop between 12 and 1am which was very frustrating. The bed was very hard and not comfortable, a topper would make a big difference. Would love a few more kitchen things a Sharp knife would be good. Had a problem with the air-conditioning in the second room but they were going to fix it after we left which I hope they have as it was quite dangerous. NEED TO GET THE ADDRESS THE MAKE GETTING THROUGH IMMIGRATION AND ALSO THE TAXI CAN FIND THE ADDRESS . IT WAS VERY SCARY WHEN WE REALISED WHAT ADDRESS WE HAD WASN'T ENOUGH.

Location of the apartment is close to supermarkets and restaurants about 5mins walk and the staff were really helpful, they kept our luggage with them while we went out before our flight
