Very spacious clean and great location

very spacious room, and two toilet with shower + on the first floor. and good location. had everything we needed host was prompt and clear with instructions

maybe clearer instruction for the gate lock, sometimes it was unresponsive

The walk up apartment is close to hongdae station. A few minutes walk! Lots of eateries and cafes nearby! Apartment was spacious and interior is clean.

There is construction nearby. One of the room does get the construction noise from early in the morning.

Price is okay for the location. The living zoom is cozy and a good place for friends gathering and chatting. It is very quiet during our stay.

The equipments of this house are old. We have encountered a few issues with the house. The air conditioner in the room next to the toilet is very loud, making it difficult for us to sleep. The door of the big room is hard to close, and the window doesn’t seem to close tightly, which has let mosquitos in. We need to contact with the house owner via kakao talk and only relies after we arrives. Not much assistance from the owner.

Convenient, well-sized and well located near Hongdae.

Windows were really dirty, clooged with dust and some WD40 and vacuum would do magic. 2nd toilet has a shower head but there is no way to bathe there.

Location 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️ *Great space in an extremely good location! *Cross the street and walk only a bit to the corner with Shoopen shop or Hongik Univ. Station Exit 1. *Walking distance to the center of Hongdae. *Convenient store like CU nearby. Access 🌟🌟🌟 *The apartment is on 1st floor but still you need to fight with your luggages with some steps in front of the house and to the apartment. So be mindful of pushing your luggages up 5-7 steps. *The access code is provided on the date - convenient. *Walking street to the house can be bumpy. I have a bit of the trouble dragging my luggages though these bumps. Baggage area 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ *The host allowed us to leave luggage in the premise before and after checkin/out. This point makes me love this place sooooo much. This depends on their availability as well. Check first. Wifi 🌟🌟🌟🌟 *There is wifi available with great signal but it is not written inside the house. Should have a sign to announce this so that we don't need to write you up in the night when we find out. Space 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️ *Spacious with sensible numbers of rooms. There are 4 mom+kid pairs travelling with me and this apartment serves us well. *There are 3 rooms: 2 of which has two beds and one with one queen bed. *Facility🌟🌟🌟🌟 *Dining room in the middle with TV and equipped kitchen (microwave, sink, fridge, kitchenware, paper towel, trash bin) *Still I hope extra trash bag should be provided. also no washing sponge provided. *Bathroom has wash/shampoo/conditioner but the gray towel in there are not sure if they are for the floor or for the body. Sorry we chose to put it on the ground otherwise the floor is wet after shower. -- So, make sure u have your own towel. *I don't know how to operate the a/c heating system in the room with one bed- it's a little colder in that room. *Would be great if you have Universal adapter provided. *Also would be good if you have like 2-4 bottle of water available.

*Some steps to drag the luggages. *Should have wifi and password written. *Should provide some drinking water - just for the first check in is fine. *A bit cold in the room with one bed - no instructions.

Property is near to train station and lots of food nearby.

The door is squeaky and check in time was delayed after 3pm.
