Location was excellent.

Heating didn’t work, no lift so expect to carry luggage upstairs, constant wet bathroom floor and no lounge in the living room.

Situated near Hongik station. The apartment was welcoming, clean and comfortable. The dining area was spacious which was great as it was our gathering area. Quite well equipped with necessary utensils and appliances.

Two things - 1. some amenities were lacking e.g. only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided for a family of 7 staying for 5 days, we had to purchase our own paper; there is no dustbin, so we had to have makeshift ones. 2. the neighbour upstairs was pretty noisy when we were there. There was a fair bit of noise and moving of furniture which extended to 3 - 4am in the morning.

no clear indication on the switch of water heater, we turned off mistakenly that made us no hot water to use. however the owner responded quick to fix the problem
