Шикарная квартира в Золотом квадрате

Прекрасное расположения, все в доступности, рядом супермаркет Столичный со своей выпечкой и доступными товарами. В квартире чисто, уютно, хороший ремонт. Кондиционер спасал в жару, охлаждает быстро всю квартиру.

Кондиционер на режиме sleep стучал через каждый 3 минуты, это очень доставляло неудобство. Так же в квартире нет кабельного телевидения или приставки специальной, приходилось искать в Youtube. Интернет постоянно вылетал, не загружался, приходилось переключать на мобильные данные. Иностранцам думаю будет очень неудобно.

Уютная квартира в самом сердце города, удобная транспортная развязка, рядом много кафе и ресторанов, магазины. Тихий двор. Всё необходимое есть.

Интернет иногда пропадал, но это проблема провайдера 😆

The apartment is clean and bright, located in a very convenient area. There’s a 24-hour supermarket nearby along with several coffee shops. I highly recommend this apartment!

To improve the quality of the stay, it would be nice to add a few essentials in the apartment like bottled water, some tea bags, and shampoo with shower gel—at least for the first day.

The apartment does look like it in the pictures and the owner was kind enough to come the next day and let us pay after the night we checked in. We were checking in very late night.

No curtain in the kitchen to block the view from outside. Which can be a problem since the bathroom is also visible from kitchens wide windows. Instructions to self check-in was not the best especially when arrive in dark. Photo descriptions must be added since all the doors are the same and it’s so dark in the night.

Very nice apartment at the central part of Almaty!
